Separate terms apply to people who are invited to use the restricted platform. They are available in the Platform Terms.

• Published opening dates and future services are current plans and may change.
• The public forms must not be used for patient information, clinical records, or urgent care.
• The site does not provide emergency response or crisis intervention.
• The site does not create a clinician–patient relationship.

Evidence and regulatory settings can change. A regulator’s approval for a particular practitioner or pathway does not mean that a medicine is generally approved, suitable for everyone, or available without individual assessment and the applicable legal and clinical safeguards.

When you register for updates, we will send a confirmation message before adding you to the updates list. You can unsubscribe from later updates. When you submit an enquiry or provider-interest registration, you confirm that the information is yours to provide and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We may decline, remove, or not respond to submissions that are misleading, unlawful, abusive, duplicative, automated, or outside the purpose of the relevant form.

• Do not interfere with the website, test its security without permission, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not submit unlawful, malicious, deceptive, or abusive material.
• Do not scrape the site in a way that disrupts it or bypasses access controls.
• Do not present Braided content, research summaries, or future plans as personal clinical advice.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, other people, or Braided.

The Braided name, logo, Whirlpool vocabulary, written copy, illustrations, and website design belong to Braided Health Limited or its licensors. You may read, link to, and share references to public content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Reproduction, republication, commercial use, systematic scraping, or use of Braided content to train a machine-learning system requires prior written permission. Cited research remains the property of its authors and publishers; citation does not imply their endorsement of Braided.

We may correct, change, suspend, or remove website content and future plans. We do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free. External links are provided for context; their operators control their own content and services.

To the extent permitted by law, Braided is not liable for loss caused by relying solely on general website content, misuse of the site, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
